Mark Taylor, President & CEO
Mark Taylor founded Taylored Services in 1992 with a "get it done" philosophy that continues to drive the company. Over the years Mark has built a strong, tight-knit team of professionals and provided them with best-in-class systems and facilities. Mark's passion and leadership have enabled Taylored Services to be very successful in providing our customers with flexible, scalable solutions that fit their current situations and provide growth opportunities for the future.
Chris Kearns, Executive Vice President
Chris Kearns joined Taylored Services as a sales representative in 1996. Initially responsible for growing key accounts, Chris was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999, and eventually to Vice President of Sales in 2001. Two years later, as a result of the rapid growth of the company, Chris expanded his responsibilities to become Executive Vice President. In this important leadership role Chris manages a wide range of administrative functions, and provides overall direction for our warehousing resources in both California and New Jersey.
Michael Letzter, Director of Operations — East
Mike Letzter has been with Taylored Services since 2001, when he joined the company as the Operations Manager for our flagship operation in New Jersey. Applying his experiences managing the warehousing and distribution operations of leading companies like Olivetti and J. Crew, Mike has driven significant company-wide developments in systems and processes and helped launch and support operations outside of New Jersey. Growing with the company, Mike is now Director of East Coast Operations and functions as Taylored Services’ in-house operations consultant.
Steve Frasco, Director of Operations — West
Steve Frasco joined the Taylored Services team in 2008 as the Director of West Coast Operations. Steve brings 25 years of experience in management and strategic planning for the warehousing and distribution operations of leading electronics companies such as Bell Laboratories and Arrow Electronics. Steve’s expertise and experience have been central to our expanding presence in the West Coast.
Steve Biggs, Chief Financial Officer
Steve Biggs joined our team in 2008 to support our continued growth and development. Steve brings extensive finance and management experience from a range of manufacturing and distribution companies. As CFO, Steve manages finance and accounting, human resources and information technology for Taylored.
